Ghettos are generally lower income areas with high rates of unemployment and people on fixed incomes (disability, social security, etc) lower property values, lower rated schools, poorly maintained properties, empty lots and an overabundance of churches, nail/hair/barber shops and liquor stores.Warzones typically embody all the elements of a ghetto but also include overt gang activities, prostitution, drug dealing/using and lots of vagrants/homeless people.

For those of you unfamiliar with the software or this "app" in particular, essentially you input your search criteria (i.e. homes for sale by owner posted on CL in the last 6 months, under $150,000 asking price, 1+ bedrooms) and it combs through CL looking for ads that match your criteria.

However, Comptroller of Currency, FDIC, FTC and other regulatory agencies have rulings amending lending activities by consumer and commercial lenders to Reg Z.So far, the individual HML is still out of the woods, they aren't under most of the banking regulators' cross hairs, technically.
