I would like to meet genuine people that will help me begin this process in investing in real estate but I have been meeting money hungry people.

I'm genuinely just trying to take good care of what I'm doing. 

I've got a partner analysing the deal to see if it wants to partner (which could have been a genuine suggestion to give).

@Dan Collins Not its all about how you will make your case you have genuine long friendship with individual.

If you have a genuinely good deal a real buyer wont cheat you as they want you to bring more good deals.

I too attended a 3 day workshop that gave me just enough information to know I need to move on Real Estate investing, yet, I also learned that the guru's are not as genuine as they might make themselves out to be. 

What I have found is that an attorney will have the best interest in mind for the client, that price is not that important as there are other considerations in such a deal as I just pointed out, honesty and genuine concern will get the attorney in your court too.

I always appreciate genuine, constructive feedback.

There's so much info out there, but the info feels so much more genuine when I read from BP forums.
