I'm extremely ambitious, as everyone on this site is lol and I'm always open to new friendships, and business opportunities.

Each persons responsibility isn't all there is to it, it's very important to have mapped out the consequences when someone doesn't hold up to there end of the bargin either partially or completely.My advice if partnering with a friend and you value the friendship make sure the partnership appears fair to both sides and they agree too. 

You'll make lots of good friendships on here - it's a great community. 

There is Russian saying (in my free translation) "Friendship is friendship, but keep your money separately", something like that - you get the meaning.

You are correct that I was truly lucky to find a partner, mentor and investor like Tom and I truly miss his friendship and sage advice which I could really use right now.

I am new to the BP community but it is a great place for everything real estate and I look forward to making some lasting friendships.

The reason I had to say anything at all to her, was because I valued our friendship, and the respect that we have for one another as neighbors. 

ANY lack of clarity will change/end friendships.
