I'm aware that there are probably a lot of grammar mistakes and spelling errors in this updated post I'll fix it whenever I can or if I feel like it, I just wanted to make an update for my future self to see and share the information I've discovered while looking more into this.

However, Marion county's is very clunky in that you can't do wild card searches, have to enter exact spellings/notation/grammar etc and cannot retrieve the documents for free.  

The amount of grammar, spelling, and factual errors is awful. 

The biggest part of your kit - no matter who it is - is you.How you talk - how you listen - how you look/dress - how your voice mail sounds - how you type your emails (grammar / spelling etc) - are you above their heads - are you explaining things at their level and making them feel good or like children?

If you’re concerned about your grammar, I’d suggest you write your letter and have a trusted friend proof read it.

If their grammar is poor, I ignore it.
