In that case the certification program can be "counted" as part of the two years (a good thing), but your income will not be averaged with that time you were a student (a good thing, since most students make nada).New doctors and lawyers take advantage of this all the time, but there is no restriction to be found in the guidelines that says ONLY white collar folks can use it, which is why I used a car mechanic in that example.

Had they met mom, it would have been fairly clear mom appeared to be incompetent and no one should have accepted a deed from her without an affidavit from a doctor that she was competent to sign.Such a situation would probably result in litigation to determine if mom was legally incompetent at the time she signed the deed and would involve lots of discovery including depositions of the daughter, mom, mom's doctors, the wholesaler, the notary, the opinions of experts and it will all come down to what the judge thinks.

Scaling that up 2 or 3 times is where it really starts to makes sense, so funds in the 5-10mil range which then would allow a few employees.I also think that this would help put the "Doctors Investing Group" in a position to syndicate and operate on our own in the future.
