You are basically taking the hardest part of the real estate business and streamlining it for them.  

But a streamline fha 203k loan to have to have a HUD consultant and you have to follow every guideline there is.

Or, as was mentioned, just save up for a bit longer while you streamline your search process.Either way, keep on looking at you'll get better & faster at your process, which will pay dividends in the future.  

For the busy high earning professional, I think it’s a good way to start as it streamlines the process and simplifies it.
