If you have experience in financing, investing in, or constructing assisted living facilities, how's the outlook and what are some arguments that it will be a strong sector in the coming years?

Historically speaking, the real estate sector has outperformed the stock market.

@Douglas, your point is valid, finance can help in different sectors whether i would go for work or business but here my point specific to real estate that what as for real estate what degree would be preferable, is it really finance because some of my personal references suggested me to go for management.

A majority mutual fund manager cannot beat the benchmarks in their sectors.

We have touched many many projects at many different levels as we are not only in REI business but we have many interests at many different levels within the construction service sectors.

Is the economy based on one sector or broad based?

Ideally I would like to be able to undertake some experience with someone who is firmly routed within this sector.

Either for purposes of leveraging for higher home loan amounts or for resale I'd like to start a discussion about what seems to be a missing opportunity here but don't know in what sector (banking, realtors, appraising, inspecting) it needs to occur.Any thoughts?

Can we as the private sector make it happen.
