Can anyone recommend some Investment orientated agents in the Bend/Sisters area? 

I personally buy in family oriented areas with less turn over.

The ones with out a crate for the dog did not let it out to the bathroom and it peed all over the rug and carpet causing multiple stains. 

Cozy minimalist style, don't put too much stuff in there, rugs, drapes, large lamps, and lots of spacing. 

You can put a rug on top of it for that home feel.

Yes, it seems like every street named MLK is one you want to stay away from haha and I had noticed near the casino seemed to be more intact with a newer construction retail center near the Wawa on the corner of Orient and Hillsborough Ave, which showed me that there could be potential for a residential opportunity nearby.

There is a good growing plan and migration is evident, from north and south and also the profile has changed from retirement to family oriented... job growth has been led by retails.

The panhandle of Florida has gained a lot of attraction with sales skyrocketing and all of the feeder markets wanting to purchase since its a family oriented environment.

I have herd about the E-myth but never read it.Is it property or business orientated?
