If you don't even know the first step, which is what to say, get professional training in wholesaling or partner with someone who is experienced.No offense, but all you are doing now is poisoning the well.

I am a lady though so I notice that stuff more (no offense :-) .    

I guess I am simply finding myself struggling to free mental space to believe it's actually possible to become "financially independent" , and not just another pyramid scheme, book or, no offense intended "social networking site" etc. 

No offense but in todays market you really think there is 6% money ?
