Very disappointing.

From what I can tell it used to be Cozy but it sounds like some are disappointed with the transition to Apartments.com.

I don't make any money by saying that I can strongly recommend it to anyone who's trying to shorten your land investing learning curve massively... you won't be disappointed.

The property management company we were using for several years closed after the owners retired, causing us to move to a different company that we have been disappointed with.

It did not disappoint :) I now have a significantly deeper understanding of the underwriting process that has been lost in many of the other education resources I've seeked out regarding syndications and multifamily analysis. 

Ideally we would like to be able to have positive cash flow with the rental income but I wouldn’t be disappointed if it breaks even with the mortgage payments plus any possible repair costs and bills.My only concern is that I’m not sure if this is even achievable in the area.

I ran a search on BP looking for a template to use to outline a scope of work by room for a contractor to help eliminate confusion and minimize disappointment at the end of a project.

I had heard that they also do rent collections but it turns out they no longer offer that which is disappointing.I got my first applicant yesterday and I'm a bit disappointed.
