I should add that I have "black light" photos that show various stains on the carpet, though I am not sure how that evidence holds up against broad, "regular camera" photos, for the purposes of determining whether this constitutes "regular wear and tear" or whether I was justified in withholding a portion of the deposit.

When Etheridge grabbed student 1 by the right wrist then later grabbed the student's camera, they jumped to student 2's tape of the incident so people could see the full video of what happened because at that point Etheridge was in possession of student 1's camera.
