Very disappointed.  

Hey everyone,I recently purchased a property with Spartan and I was a bit disappointed.

I was referred to this by a friend after being so disappointed w/ a program that I wanted to join but whose cost got increased over few weeks.

His hotline number goes to voicemail, which is disappointing.

I was also disappointed that they included so many locations that were heavily regulated. 

Would have been a nice cash-flowing situation for me, so I was pretty disappointed in the result (not to mention I spent two months and $1k on inspections).  

My in-laws stayed there for a month in January helping out my sister-in-law, thinking they were going to escaping the cold of Wyoming and were sadly disappointed.

We have had a very disappointing experience with Crestcore to date.

I’m in Mooresville and am on my 2nd realtor after a disappointing experience with my first realtor.

It seems to be a healthy, growing market in the medical field, plus his father, a former construction manager, would take care of property management (we live in New York) and help vet the properties we'd be considering, which could help reduce costs.I did some initial searching online and was a bit disappointed at the prices--many well above the rough 100k mark I'm targeting, and most between 150-250k--because the cash flow opportunity doesn't seem to be as promising as I hoped.
