That my potential and abiltiy to do large deals and raise capital is unlimited.

We're also members of the base level of Lifestyles Unlimited and trying to decide whether or not we want to escalate our involvement with that program. 

However, it is my understanding that LLPs require a Limited Partnership who provide the investment finance (and do not engage in manage and operations) and have limited liability to the amount investment, and a General Partnership who provide management services with unlimited liability.I would greatly appreciate thoughts and comments on what structure would be tax efficient for non-us residents, and whether there is a way around the double taxation under an LLC structure.

Along with understanding at a very early age that working on commission with unlimited income was the way i wanted to go..
