I'd do my best to stoke up a bidding war and let him tell me what concessions his side is prepared to make.From what I'm reading it sounds like you were in a routine negotiation and you seem to have taken offense that the other side wanted a better deal.

Also how offensive is it to come in with a low ball offer at 125000, after I have contacted agent at 160000 he says 3 or 4 people showing lots of interest but im sure they all say that.

No offense (and I could be wrong), but the way you said that (and the fact that you've only been a member since yesterday) leads me to believe that you didn't really spend much time listening to the podcasts, reading the blog or reading through old threads.You will likely find it a lot more easy to find a mentor if you have a good base of knowledge and the mentor has confidence that you've worked hard to learn as much as possible before asking someone to spend time helping you.
