I love being Pro, mostly because of the old webinars and unlimited use of the tools. 

Most real estate offerings allow for unlimited accredited investors but limit the number of non-accredited.

In multi its nonrecourse and even then alot of syndicators don't guarantee the loan but in storage its always recourse with unlimited guarantee.

I would recommend just buying the pro membership of BP there are a lot of tools ie. rental property calculators, flip calculators etc with unlimited amount of use.

Then there is "bitcoin unlimited"... 

Or for a cheaper option I would sign up for unlimited US calling with Skype which is only $3/month and a CRM that integrates with Skype.

My pockets aren't nearly deep enough.I've already defended myself at hearings where the tenant was represented by pro bono attorneys / fair housing groups and, at least in my area, they have seemingly unlimited funds to pursue this stuff.
