Architecture and Construction Project Management can be very valuable to an investment firm in the areas of Design, Renovation, Construction Management, and possibly even Asset Management (assuming you're #s oriented).It may behoove you to find investors that seem to be active but maybe their renovations can use some help (be gentle and thoughtful when telling someone their product can use some upgrades haha).

I’ve been to the RI real estate investor group that meets monthly in Warwick for many years and have also attended Black Diamond REI in southern Mass sporadically over the years too, and can recommend both groups as they are education oriented and don’t try to sell you anything.House hacking is an excellent first step and is usually one of the first things I recommend to new investors who ask how to get started.

They are in both 4 & 6in, budget oriented folks use "wafer lights" but they're cheaply built.I flip to sell so no more texture, level 5 smooth & neutral tones with white ceilings.
