Some more experienced folks might understand how to work the contract and better command performance on the deal, perhaps not so much on the OP (no offense Matt C, but your just green with newness).

(No offense)Both state and federal law can come into play.The states BP code and the CCR have a lot of information.

Please do not take offense, but you are seeking deals and forgetting the big picture.

I dont want to be negative, but i fee bad for those taking the advice from inexperienced investors, Kinda like the Blind leading the Blind, no offense to Blind folks.
