Dictating what, how and where your tenants hangs pictures will set yourself up for disappointment and a roller coaster ride of worrying.To be honest this issue your thinking of doesn't even register with 99% of landlords.  

Needless to say we are disappointed and quite ticked off as is our lender because he feels that 3 points is not enough to deny an app.Anyone run into this before?

The overage business is a business.If anyone thinks that they are going to sit at a computer and click their way to a living, they're in for a frustrating, disappointing experience.

Had an issue with listing the property, which shouldn't have been a bid deal however the customer service was unable to resolve the issue. it was very disappointing

During my time working with a short term property management company - I have never seen a client upset or disappointed with the way their property has done when being rented out on Airbnb. 

Disappointing because that's my main source of tenants for LTR.Should I keep trying to get into that FB group or do you think it's not necessary?
