These days just the cost of architect+permit itself is already 20-30k.I think the root cause of the problem is a combination of such things:- construction cost is too expensive- existing home is cheaper than new construction- Market/rent value is actually more beneficial to the renter - since ADU is not popular, there's no common way how to appraise it properly.

We find that ads in the newsfeed get a higher CTR (click through rate), but convert less - most likely due to you are more 'interrupting' marketing than seek and find (I see an ad and have interest in the message).I am in the process of gearing up some stuff to start really putting some good content here on BP and providing 'lead conversion funnels' custom made to your business.Also, I'm an Architect in-house to a development company and do most all the marketing for the lease up of multifamily projects, primarily in So Cal, but doing some stuff in Boise now too!
