From a tenant's point of view, I see no problem asking a tenant to pay a fee if they want to have a washer/dryer in your property.The alternative for tenants, is to have to go to a laundromat, or have the landlord put in a coin-operated washer/dryer.I'd much rather pay a monthly fee and be able to not have to find quarters and not have to drag my laundry to and from a laundromat, and to be able to do an unlimited amount of loads of any size all month.  

Including unlimited utilities only makes sense if you cannot bill units separately in a duplex or similar.

It was then I learned all about IRS wage garnishments, thank God for unlimited overtime.By '98 I was retired, free & clear & still kick myself for selling some of those old classics.
