Like stocks or crypto, I simply "DCA" or dollar-cost average in by buying at least one rental every year.  

Streamline does all of this for our company (80ish units).

Hi all,In my quest to streamline efficiencies for rehabs I defaulted to my normal way of managing projects- namely using Microsoft Project or Excel.

Starting with The entire tenant screening process, to rent collection, to maintenance, to eviction, are there any third-party sites that are basically the gold standard form streamlining all of this?

As we have a few other investors who are interested in acquiring properties in the future and leveraging resources, it makes sense to have an LLC and streamlined operating agreement for each project that outlines ownership interest, etc.

While I'm actively trying to make it as streamlined as possible, as I only have one at the moment, would it be best to just handle it on a reservation basis?

Do you find that having a broker involved streamlines the process?
