It's too bad Clayton will lose on a motion to dismiss or motion for summary judgment because I would fly out to personally testify as a victim of Clayton Morris' fraud in a trial.

He can testify in court about his grandmother's Power of Attorney  from the original owner (supply the Power of Attorney to the court if you can), you'll want the grandson's Power of Attorney from his grandmother (the original owner's trusted neighbor who paid the taxes), and you'll want the grandson's testimony (or written, signed and notarized affidavit -which you can prepare), declaring that he and/or his family has been paying the property taxes, maintaining the property, and either managing it or using it as their own since the owner died. 

He has some previous lawyer who will testify that he informed me before I purchased the property that he was married to the seller.

Shaun Cohen claims to have a propriatery model and system that chooses the ideal properties for value and return, but testified to the SEC that this "propriatery" system is in reality some numbers scratched on the back of an envelope.The C.O.O.

Can anyone else testify to their success in taking that route?

., is one person who can testify to the fact that investing in real estate is not for those steeped in fantasy.

That includes the cost of the whole enterprise including cost of acquisitions, expensive deep water development, premiums paid to governments for the concessions to develop their resources, frivolous lawsuits, G5's to take execs to Washington to testify etc.

I ended up testifying to the Grand Jury to help get the indictment.

He has also testified in front of Congress in regard to real estate market cycles!
