And by default because of this phenomenon of Turn Key investing were the owners of these companies take the product to the West and East coast and to Austrialia and Hong Kong and London and Singapore... those opportunities are sold to investors that are really least equipped to handle these type's of assets right out of the gate. 

I know Singapore has had several, Germany, I believe Frances and Netherlands. 

Anywhere in the world, especially in Asia, the price of real property is skyrocket as a hedge and safe investment to a rising gov. printing money/inflation/etc.Ten years ago average people can still buy houses in California,Shanghai, Mumbai,Singapore, Jakarta,London.

@Michael Chang I have converted probably 25 properties from oil to natural gas in PA.

Now I have seen drains like that in Singapore in private homes that are 20 million dollar homes.. its a thing I guess in those areas for their bathrooms.. but anyway.. then the cabinets were some sort of stainless metal and counter tops concrete as well. then your basic cheap plumbing fixtures and cant remember what they had on the few windows but windows were absolute minimum UBC code. 

Domestic air travel in China is back to pre-pandemic levels and in Singapore there were all of 5 positive cases of Covid as the country has been diligent on preventive measures and contact tracing.

Because Singapore is such an expensive place to invest, can someone recommend me some good books on investing overseas?
