Get a nice personal shower head that conserves water- the ones today are awesome and a personal shower head allows for a much quicker rinse compared to a stationary one.

I checked other properties that are definitely mobile/manufactured and they are classified as "Manufactured".So, it's not a MOBILE home anymore... the house is quite stationary. 

Say I have a Small Multifamily Duplex/Triplex and put a stationary RV in the hypothetical backyard.

Focus on solving your clients problems, not your company name, logo, business card, stationary, etc.

Just pointing out that stationary tiny homes also have a demand; and that more municipalities should be giving them serious thought. 

I travel a lot and am very familiar with travel trailers and I'd like to purchase a used 5th wheel trailer (These are the big ones that offer sleeping arrangements for 4-6 and all the amenities of a home) and use it as another stationary unit.

Right now, I feel I might be limited keeping the equity in that house stationary.

But even with the severity of coronavirus deepening, please make sure you have adequate amounts of food, stationary items, simple medical supplies, and immune system boosters (the best way to protect yourself from the coronavirus is to protect your immune system [Vitamin C, Vitamin D, sleep & adequates amounts of vegetables]. 

You could go to a stationary store or use LegalZoom, but I would probably recommend either paying a lawyer to put it together or writing one yourself and then bringing it to an attorney to review (which is what we did). 

In looking at the Oridna Municipal Code, I found two relavant sections:  Chapter 10.52 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES and Chapter 3.12 UNIFORM TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX.It looks like the ordinance has defined a tiny house on a trailer as: "Oversize recreational vehicle" means vehicle, other than an automobile, which is self-propelled, motorized, and has self-contained living quarters, including a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas, and may be used for the transportation of people upon a street or highway, but not including any vehicle designed for travel on stationary rails or tracks.
