I'm under no pressure to do or buy anything so watching the CRE space play out from the sidelines works just fine for me.If that's your definition of a clown, it's time for me to go paint my face! 

In the case of housing: we have ample demand (and more on the sidelines waiting to jump in once rates tick down) and not enough supply.

I would probably keep it on the sideline until I can pay it in full in case something unforeseen happens.

And if you don’t have much equity to begin with you could be stuck pulling even more money out of your pocket to sell if you need to or be stuck with a house for many years and sitting on the sideline when deals are abundant.

More then likely I would still be sitting on the sidelines still watching.In short purchasing the mentorship gave me the kick in the a$$ to get going.The way I started, if that is helpful, is I brought a friend to the three day seminar.

The uncertainty around potential policy changes related to housing, taxes, and economic strategies has already caused some investors to wait on the sidelines.

I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines and feel I've started to fall into the "analysis-paralysis" trap I hear so much about.
