If a home was previusly owned and lived in by a famous person, does it add much value? 

There are usually a few wholesalers there who sometimes bring a few to the table each month, but either way it's great to make some connections. 

I do have a quality builder that could facilitate the build but not required for JV.Is this enough to bring to the table?
