I just watched the video you shared with me on CRE.

I consumed a lot of Pace's content and eventually saw this video with Kevin Choe and Josh Boenzi. 

Voice AI is out there and there are impressive demo videos but there’s nothing like a human-to-human trust building conversation.

But 24% utilized in that video example is not good. 

RE Investing is much tougher right now than it was 5 years ago.I personally spend at least an hour per day every day deepening my knowledge - reading, webinars, youtube videos, podcasts, formal industry trainings/certifications, etc.

@Jonathan Klemm - That is one of my rants in the video. 

I mean even by the third video of Module 1 you’re stuck on a 16 minute video of him trying to upsell you with his CRM so you can to Automate it when you don’t even know the basics!

Everyone has the right to write about their experience but I would be more inclined to pay attention to the review of someone who has been playing video games for years than the person in your example who purchased their first Xbox with no past experience.
