It would definitely be worth looking into investing in your own backyard to invest in the long term, you won't be disappointed. 

So expect lots of competition and much disappointment before getting an offer accepted.

 My experience with using luxury vinyl planks for three years now has been disappointing.

I was very disappointed as I new it was great deal. 

Unfortunate there’s nothing you can do accept wait and see if you’re selected just like when you are making an offer to buy a house; there’s nothing that says a private landlord has to sign the lease based on first come, first served.I would say you should ask the PM what criteria will be used to make the selection for your own understanding and work on identifying your alternatives.I know would be disappointing to be rejected but there’s nothing illegal going on.Good luck!

I am not looking to renew my lease with him after he expressed his deep dissatisfaction and disappointment.

The most disappointing part is I really wanted to like this service. 

We are feeling disappointed not so much about the money we have to spend repairing the dishwasher but rather the attitude of these tenants wanting more ‘favors’ after we have agreed to a longer closing period. 

It was disappointing to read other landlords think we should spot paint a wall when the tenant wasnt given a spot painted wall.
