Now granted the folks who end up with 5 year prision terms for mortgage fraud usually have a scheme running.. but all the same.. banks want YOU to have the ability to save your own money.. or they allow your family to loan it to you.. also in some areas there is down payment assistance.. and if all else fails there is USDA if that is in your market.. and if all else fails and you want to go throught this.. 

You are outraged by this ruling (which is simply a decision based on law, not a policy change) but where has your outrage been for campaign finance schemes that the dems play?

Talk about a ponzi scheme.

The big banks aren't capitalized well and the FDIC is both a ponzi scheme and broke.

Those are the cards that are more likely to be generated by theft-return schemes, and they're the one that make everyone at the store antsy when you redeem them.

I would think that by not splitting the profits to some degree would put me at issue legally (i.e. it would be a tax avoidance scheme) b/c by being the credit partner I would obviously be a partner in the deal.

I would absolutely love to have a standardized paint color scheme or standard list of colors, but I havent gotten anywhere close on that.

In all these meetings alot of naive people really believe in the get rich quick schemes presented by the lecturers.Look up Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University and locate a $100 9 week class at your local church and haul your husband and yourself to it.It will give you stunning information that you both can learn from but is basically a worthwhile set of classes (and you get all of the books you need with the $100).
