Hey BP'ers - how are you streamlining deal analysis?

One alternative idea I've had is to actually use a wifi video camera that records the meters -- however that is not the most streamlined approach.So is anyone using connected water submeters and how have they worked for you?

For accredited investor certification, there are rather cost effective options as low as $60, but bonus if the CPA can do it.Technology and Communication: A technologically adept CPA can streamline processes and provide you with access to digital records and reports.

I'm not saying it is impossible it is just very rare and/or very risk - crypto, startup funding, day trading, etc. 

The intent is to streamline reselling smaller pieces of land to different owners for mainly recreational/rural use.

(Fingers crossed) With the software and tools that @Daniel Denning refers to for managing properties from afar (I bet we use some of the same apps), it makes for a pretty streamlined process to manage out of state.

Makes compliance with the IRS more streamlined and instantaneous and,2.)

Primary, Rental, Stocks, Crypto doesn't matter.

I hope to FHA streamline refi the interest rate down in the coming years. 

If they succeed in growing their business the personal service you have been receiving will be replaced with streamlined & automated systems.
