I am a rather new investor and i currently own a duplex in what i would consider a more expensive market 250+, (I know there are more expensive markets out there but this felt expensive for my tastes with little equity) My duplex currently rents out on one side which covers a large percentage of the mortgage and i am house hacking on the other side.
