I'm not sure I'm in a position yet to qualify personally for a loan balance of 2 million which would be around 2.5-3mill property.I've just been doing small multi family deals in lower income areas which have great margins, but obviously more management intensive.I guess if I'm a guy with good income outside of real estate, young but some experience, but I could raise the equity, reserves, and capex I just want to know how lenders view financing these.I'm sure many more established and seasoned investors could qualify alone on their income and balance sheet, and just include partners to diversify risk and preserve capital.I'm also learning, more investors like to be apart of something "bigger".
