Taking the money of hard working Americans and giving it to the bankers; socialists; radical environmental causes (like the proposed cap and trade); and taking ownership in our largest companies is particularly offensive.

What do they say, @Douglas Brundin - the best offense is a good defense :) I totally hear what you're saying, just don't over think it too much.

He is not in a good position to buy a home and 'helping' him by "unloading" (as you say) your property on him at market value is not something an ethical person would do, no offense intended.

I duno for me I think I'll put most of my money in the US, maybe diversify 20% in some emerging developing countries.No offense to any of the fine people of Baltimore lol.  

I just posted the other day about how I really don't agree with a lot of the financial "rules" that people here use for properties but I generally agree with the 1% rule in your price range and neighborhood class.I have a property that I purchased at $134k and rent for $1325, I put the traditional 20% down, and there is plenty of cashflow.No offense but I don't think a flip would be right for you at this point just based off your post and profile. 

Tampering with the meter is a criminal offense, including trespassing... needless to say, I will not be heeding the advice of my landlord.

If you decide you want your VAs to be on the front line (answering calls, screening leads, etc) then include in your job description that you want someone that speaks fluent English and has prior phone skills.
