The biggest marketing mistakes I've made were when I had unlimited money to spend.

Basically - everything can be worked in your favor without getting banks involved.The benefit is, you can sidestep conventional loans, you don't have to have a perfect credit score, you have unlimited access to funds (because each deal acts as its own silo), etc.He has a pretty complex calculator that can generate multiple offers for each seller, so it gives them several options to chose from, ALL of which will work for you.I'm simplifying things a bit in this post (there is a lot to learn), but I can vouch for the guy.

.- Unlimited deal review for every deal you do, so someone can guide you and help you make the most out of every deal- Speed of implementation (sure you can learn a lot of this stuff online and from books, but it might take 1-2 years to amass all the knowledge and materials yourself)- Fully integrated software (web site lead generation, deal analyzers, database and customer relationship manager, accounting reports, marketing, etc) -- you could put all this stuff together yourself, but it wouldn't be automated, thus costing you hundreds of hours of extra labor per year- Systems that train your employees- Systems that allow you to replicate yourself in several markets without your business being reliant on you being there to run things- Guaranteed 24-hour response from a coach- Emergency Hotline to talk to a coach immediately- Lifetime membership and access to all their educational systems and continuing markets as markets changeAs you can see, FortuneBuilders's Mastery program is much more than a seminar company.

I don't have any partners, but I pay my team members well with unlimited upside.  

After doing some research it appears that the best would be to get a Commercial Umbrella Liability Policy, which I understand could be separate from my residence/auto/basic rental house insurance, and cover unlimited number of residential properties.

If other owner agree then have your attorney draft an unlimited easement and if they dont then do the following 3) Litigation (less then 20K) and highly likely that you will win Wish you the best. 

Take less than 1/10 of that and invest in Lifestyles Unlimited base membership.
