Hi All,I am in need of advice.I have a small multi unit commercial/residential building. 7 units, each just over 1,000 sq ft.A basement level commercial unit is available and the potential tenant that I have is for out patient mental health/addiction services.

once you start making money in real estate it’s addicting :) I can’t speak for some of the farther away markets, but I invest heavily in the Scranton market, myself, and a little in Florida.

Unbelievable 

One of the reasons this is such a great place to be a landlord is that even people who are marginal in life skills or having addiction probs, etc, understand that having a good roof over their head requires paying the rent and not damaging the place.

Bought 3 in the last month.Thinking of forming an addiction type group for real estate purchases.

Qualified tenants had no qualms about paying for this service, and the UI in cozy is unbelievably helpful.

Getting rich off the taxpayers,  while the government enables drug addicts.

Expected taxes 3200 (unbelievable to me!).
