The problem is not the quality, it's the fact that people have bad taste in colors and just arne't interior designers so nothing flows.

But IMO even one is into that sort of thing, there are plenty of places that give you a taste of that while not being as crazy expensive.

Also, you are trying to save .5% on the list side ($2,500 on $500k or $5k on $1 million dollars). and you will will leave a bad taste in that realtor's mouth and you will miss out on other great deals that are worth much more than .5% in the future.
