The comment I took offense to was the comment by Tony stating that working with a buyer's agent is free since the commission is paid for by the seller.This is simply not true and I feel I've demonstrated how a savvy buyer can reduce purchase price by cutting out the middle man.

Ken, I didn't suggest a particular structure for the entity, that seems to be kind of a plug for services, no offense, but are you saying that a dealer can not send a buyer down the street (or suggest the buyer see someone so as not to get into steering) and have that MO originate, process and provide the note?
