If someone told me I am not an investor I would not take offense or argue with them, just keep doing what I am doing.

The comment I took offense to was the comment by Tony stating that working with a buyer's agent is free since the commission is paid for by the seller.This is simply not true and I feel I've demonstrated how a savvy buyer can reduce purchase price by cutting out the middle man.

And then say, ohh my God (no offense) I can't believe it, well I guess I was wrong because here it is staring me in the face (well not face, soul I guess because your face is physical entity, or was).

Sometimes is sarcastic humor that a lot people may find offensive but hey, that makes it even funnier :mrgreen:

Ken, I didn't suggest a particular structure for the entity, that seems to be kind of a plug for services, no offense, but are you saying that a dealer can not send a buyer down the street (or suggest the buyer see someone so as not to get into steering) and have that MO originate, process and provide the note?
