Good luck,, If the man used a credit card without authorization, then call the police, even if it was awhile ago, file a report, get print out of the credit card charges for the report, and notify the credit card company, This happened to me basically, a guy took my elderly mom's card, he had done some work in the house,, 2K worth of charges, I filed report with police, notified credit card company, and the credit card company took off the charges and police / card company worked out payment plan with the offender,, he was also a former inmate..
