This was my only real taste of a legitimate real estate venture.  

The work force and available jobs are not diverse enough for my taste.

I would not interested in buying the property in the original condition (typical stuff with no taste of design). 

It may look sweet, but there is no denying it's goining to taste really bad. 

The coward dies a thousand deaths, the valiant taste of death but once. 

It’s an acquired taste that you begin to enjoy more and more, especially once you begin to see the money you can make from it.

Facebook marketing can be huge to your business if done with proper taste, it will also reach more people than with most other media forms on a lower budget.

Those that tie up the property with $10 or nothing at all for a month then "weasel" out when they can't find a buyer are the ones that leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth.But at least half of the time the complaint is not legality or morality, but the "how dare you call yourself an investor with no skin in the game" platitude. 

Any recipe can usually be adjusted for individual taste.

This entire thread give me such a bad taste.
