What about a doctor?

I owned a lawn care business catering to upper middle class doctors, lawyers and such for nearly 30 years and I carry that "No mistakes on my watch" attitude into this business (while still being unflinchingly strict on the other side when I need to be).

The Doctor's Loan usually asks for only 5% DP w/o PMI.

The buyer I described a while back: a Doctor age 40, their  income is squeezed by insurance and the market and paying 7 % or more to buy seems not palatable. 

Do you have a Judicial Doctorates wanting to argue law with me?

They might try to pull the emotional support animal trick and if they do, make sure you get a letter from a local doctor to support that, not something they got online.

When I took over this space it was an old doctors office and we had 0 extra capital to do much renovation, so we used the space as it is haha.It was tough but we've built up over time.

Pulling 12-16 hours a day as a doctor is a huge benefit to society, but all anyone sees is their high student debt or bad work life balance.
