I don't know what kind of trees you are talking about but they sound like trash trees that grow on fence lines when people don't keep up with the edging; they're usually invasives or things like Norway Maples that are not natives and are heavy surface rooters. 

I always find that the USA market seems to react more than the Canadian Market. 

Because of this, you need to not be afraid of having some people react badly to your offer.

There is a Native American tribe headquartered out of the Pembroke/Lumberton area, of which I am a part of, but I do not actually reside there.

Simple design, flat-rate fee, phone app, auto messaging, native messaging Airbnb/VRBO, price syncing (connects with PriceLabs), great income reports, Airbnb search metrics boosters (such as auto daily listing updates), and customer service is actually responsive. 

I think landlords in Little Rock are mostly mom & pop type owners who have not reacted to the need for market increases, basically operating their properties the same way the did in the early 2000's.

They reacted WAAAAAY to slowly to all this.
