I feel bad for the people who watched the last 3 years play out from the sidelines.

Yet, most people sit on the sidelines waiting for a better spot because the Case Schiller index is hovering near 2008 levels...12 years later.

It will be fun watching from the sidelines how eXp does. 

I agree, especially when "good enough" keeps the momentum moving forward instead of sitting on the sidelines waiting for the perfect deal!

I think this is a time to be careful and strategic but I don't think it's a time to sit on the sidelines, especially with today's low interest rates. 

I am still reading and learning but I hope to soon be getting off the sidelines!

It's great to see a lot of landlords on BP are well prepared for this bump on the road.Personally, I was looking to buy at the beginning of the year but decided to sit on the side line for now.

There's tons of people waiting on the sidelines for a hand out.

I think I am on the sideline for this, at least temporarily, and will just try to create more wealth and revisit it later down the road.
