And it ISNT because a huge % of them are just lazy parasites on the system.... there is WAY more it than that....so for all the people throwing all the blame at the "stupid liberal democrats" that have "ruined CA", I'm still waiting for your solutions beyond screaming at them to "GET A JOB YOU LAZY POS".....

There's only so many times you can scream from the rooftops about good financial habits, and investing from a position of strength.

People don't go to turn key to get the "screaming hot deal of the century".

This sentence screams midwest markets.

All other Ohio cities suck because they have a declining population 🤷‍♂️You mean you don't love 15 college kids from the same office screaming COLUMBUS IS AWESOME 24 hours a day?

I'm not happy that gas is 2.5x higher than it was two years ago, but I don't stand at the gas station screaming at the lady behind the counter who's trying to support two kids.

The irony is, some folks kick and scream numbers, numbers, numbers and buy a $5 coffee everyday. 

When you tout $45k purchase price and $925 per month rent as a positive....to me that merely screams some of the highest risk possible.

I might be a little biased because we started purchasing places around 2009/2010 and we were picking up screaming deals all over the place (3/4 of our portfolio is made up of homes we purchased for ten's of thousands of dollars that are now worth hundreds of thousands). 

Could be graffiti, gang signs, boarded up houses, loose dogs, undesirable neighbors (for example if people are out on their porches and look less than appealing or are outside screaming and fighting), lots of trash all over, a bunch of ancient vehicles, a nearby business or something that omits a bad odor, etc.
