While this is true the motion has been filed...the R10 has no "limit" on it.First Premier Bank (Check Commerce) takes on the liability for any R10 filed against them meaning that even if they had $0 of ERP funds they would still have to honor a properly filed R10.So while the motion might help preserve funds for other business who have no recourse action such as the R10.
