Depends on your demographic's tastes though.

There is a tendency to try and install items that suits your taste, but might not be the same as your end buyer.What I haven't shown you is the pictures of the inside, we were lucky and demo the complete inside down to the slab.

I'm really starting to get a bad taste in my mouth w/ this wholesaling crap(I can't win) but he's motivated so... anywhoo, what should i do, I have no earnest money to put down and besides, he's in Atlanta and the contracts will have to be done by fax.

There's easily higher cash flow in other markets, there's not enough industry diversification for my tastes, the city is 55% renters which makes for a large renter pool but not necessarily the highest quality of one, and I've just never seen it as a "desirable" market outside of 1-time casual vacations there.

You can buy a fixer and fix it up with "Your Taste" as I recommend that you live in it for two or more years to take care of the best tax advantages you can.
