Yes...unfortunately, I left my camera at the property a couple days ago.

One of my favorite parts of the video is when she is taking pictures with her old school, disposable, click and wind cameras.

My issue was the over occupancy, one apartment had 12 adults living in the 3 bedroom. update your lease and install cameras in the common areas.

If you are having continuous issues with sewer system I would have them jetted and send a camera down the line as well. 

I should add that I have "black light" photos that show various stains on the carpet, though I am not sure how that evidence holds up against broad, "regular camera" photos, for the purposes of determining whether this constitutes "regular wear and tear" or whether I was justified in withholding a portion of the deposit.

The main was crushed per the line camera and the section is on their property, likely their front yard.

Take the cameras home and edit the video together on your PC.I hope this helps!

Thanks to our Nanny cameras, we were able to prove it was they and recovered our piece.  

I'm happy to report that my tenants agreed with me that "it's just not working out" and have signed a "Quit and Vacate" letter which I wrote to terminate the lease early and vacate the property on July 31 (2 days from now).I'm able to remotely monitor the outside of my property with security cameras (this was disclosed to the tenants on signing the lease) and have not seen any "moving" activity.

I let the cops in my house to see the footage I captured with my cameras.
