I have read a handful of RE books, browsed BP daily, and followed my local market to get a feel for it.

A friend and I frequently browse through loopnet to analyze deals on properties as practice should we ever decide to pull the trigger and we ran across a $1.4 million dollar 30 unit property in Florida with a cap rate of 16.40% which blew our mind.

I'm not looking to sell any homes for people, just wanting to browse the MLS for my own investing.  

I was browsing Auction.com last night and I realized that some of the active online auction homes are not listed on the MLS.

I would suggest browsing realtor.com, reaching out to local wholesalers and realtors to receive deals as soon as they come available and be ready to move on it fast if it makes sense. 

Do you research with such tools as Airdna.co (not .com) and by browsing the Airbnb and Homeaway websites for like properties to determine nightly/seasonal expected rates.

Hi All, I stumbled across this site while browsing for real estate advice in Atlanta.

I have been browsing the forum for about a month now and I was surprised when I came across this thread and learned there were a number of people in my area on Bigger Pockets. 

I've already read a few books and browsed through some forums & blogs.
