I just feel the wear and tear you would get on a 6 bedroom would be unbelievable and the rate of return on rental units after a 3 bedroom is highly diminished.

The market on Nantucket is unbelievably expensive.

We have to recover that money over a period of several years and numerous workshops which also add to the cost.The cost of serving food at these workshops is almost unbelievable and many hotels require they cater any food or drink in the room.

And yes this is an unbelievable deal!
