After digging it up, loading it into a tractor trailer and trucking it down to Florida it still survived the trip and took over the gentleman's land.The barrier idea may work but l believe the depth minimum is 18".

That takes the subdivision out.Might have a light industrial use, heavy equipment supply/repair, tractors, farm machinery, welding shop, trailer manufacture.

In the long run the tractor itself is the least expensive part.My tractor was around $9.6k.

It totally sucks that you had to be the tractor to come and uproot her (ok, now I'm torturing the metaphor).

Of course, this particular one had 4 stables and a house, but no animals, tractors or equipment.

My 'tractor' guy runs a Cat D-4 and skip loader.

Same goes for tractor trailers unless they are in a trucking yard.
