Does a quit claim deed now signal any red flags or what is the simplest way to clean up the title work?

Selling way below tax assessment could be a good signal, but don't count on the tax man to do your due diligence for you :)

Also don't think I saw anyone mention this but WiFi signal goes out and down , so putting on highest floor is the best option which also would resolve your dilemma ( until you moved).

If you are using BP it gives you a score to signal you to adjust your pricing if needed.

However, if the apartments are bigger and there are more walls (e.g 2br and bigger), I suggest either going for a better router with more coverage or purchasing wifi signal amplifiers. 

My son was in that area for a while doing signal corp training and it appeared the area was growing rapidly.

I'm curious how that may impact real estate in the US and what signal that is to the global macro picture.Thanks,Tim

We had the owner sign all the necessary papers, ands ubmitted them to the bank.

"As is" means precisely nothing in terms of obligation of the buyer; it is usually an attempt to signal the seller will not make changes, do repairs etc, but when faced with someone walking away from a purchase, they still have the choice to change their mind and do so.

Why would they expend the effort of getting one and having applicant sign all necessary docs if they aren't getting paid?
